Personality

Prescott is hard-working and intelligent and polite. His parents have raised him to be a gentleman and so a gentleman he shall be. If he wants something he'll put in the work necessary to obtain it. However, he also believes that his wealth and beauty entitles him to a certain level of adoration and is generally annoyed when this turns out not to be the case.

He's not mean to those below him on the social ladder, exactly, but he certainly doesn't notice them. He does notice attractive girls, however, and has no problems flirting with any of them regardless of social standing.

Mom: Angela Otulak is a member of LA's city council. She succeeded Antonio Villaraigosa as representative of LA's 14th District. She's a Democrat, though a largely socially conservative one due to her Catholicism.

Little Brother: Jeremy "Remy" Otulak

Angela Cox and Adam Otulak met when they attended East Los Angeles College together. She was learning business and the Japanese language and he was interested in finance. Both were smart and concerned with social issues of the day, though they disagreed on just about every issue. Angela was outspokenly conservative while Adam favored a more liberal approach to most questions. They enjoyed debating one another, but after graduation Angela began working for an import-export company and moved to Japan. Adam began seeing another woman named Therese, but when Angela flew in for a visit Therese became jealous of the attentions Adam showered on the other woman and broke things off.

It was only five months later that Angela and Adam were wed, and not long after came Prescott -- named by his mother -- followed by Jeremy -- named by his father.

Jeremy's has what his mother refers to as an "interesting medical condition"....While she generally favors more education on his condition and opposes policies that she feels would make his situation more difficult, she doesn't believe her youngest son should define himself as a victim just because he's different and has attempted to impress this upon him.
